Explore the space
Stage. Build. Support. Deliver.
Review the production areas, technical placeholders and logistics information your team will need before a location scout or technical recce.
Studio 1
Main production stage.
The principal warehouse space is intended for substantial set builds, film and television production, commercials, music video, stills, pre-light, rehearsals and adaptable event layouts.
Its open floor plate supports production design, tracked or wheeled camera movement, temporary scenic builds and controlled work zones. All rigging, suspended loads, SFX, vehicles and structural fixings require prior written approval.
Technical schedule
Confirm the numbers before publication.
Replace every “TBC” with a measured and verified specification. Production teams rely on these details for budgeting, construction, lighting, sound, access and safety planning.

A warehouse can be stage-ready without being an acoustically rated sound stage. Use precise language until noise criteria, sound isolation, HVAC noise and reverberation have been professionally assessed.
Studio 2

Exterior & production logistics
Room for the unit beyond the stage.
External areas may support crew parking, technical vehicles, generators, trailers, catering, waste, loading, exterior filming and unit-base operations, subject to an agreed plan.
Yard & load-in
Confirm gate widths, turning circles, HGV access, loading windows, vehicle weights and marshalling requirements.
Parking & unit base
Allocate areas for crew, cast, technical vehicles, trailers, honeywagons and catering before the booking is confirmed.
Additional holding
Potential off-site activity or storage in the Leeds East Airport area may be discussed, subject to availability and separate permission.
Gallery
Show the space honestly and at production scale.
Use wide, high-resolution images with people, vehicles or measured floor markings to communicate scale. Include empty-stage and operational views.
